Item arrived really fast and were as ordered but unfortunately one of the 16 folder holders was broken.
Checked the terms and conditions and you can't complain about breakages after you have accepted the delivery.
Surely nobody expects anyone to open boxes and examine the contents for damages while the delivery driver is waiting to go to their next drop, and you'd have to re-seal the box to return it.
