Estate Agent Displays - Our Specially Selected Range
Estate agents' window displays need to be clear and visible in order to catch the eyes of the passing public and achieve maximum results.
Create a good first impression by having the most up to date window possible. Estate agent windows should attract attention, which means showcasing your most amazing houses.
Passing trade won't be interested in what they need, show them what they want! Even people who may not be looking to move home will stop and look, making them likely to come back when the time for them to move arises.
Here, we take a deeper look into how you can maximise your real estate agent window displays and in-store displays in order to boost footfall and encourage interest in your properties all year round.

Cable and Rod Kits
Many estate agents are based on high street corners where window displays can be seen from two or more roads. Whether your window is straight, curved or spread round a bend, a cable display system is perfect for estate agent window displays.
Available in many different styles and configurations, our window displays for estate agents can be suspended from your ceiling or wall to display property adverts. They create a clean and professional display for your window to be viewed by passing trade and customers inside. The clear acrylic construction of each unit means you can have a double sided display which is easy to update whenever required, without needing to disassemble the whole unit.
Our cable displays are also available with built-in LEDs. LED window displays are the ultimate solution for round-the-clock advertising. Not only will your housing adverts stand out more, but your whole premises will shine bright along the high street, making you the focal point.
Window Poster Holders
Window displays are often the first point of contact that a client has with your business, so it is important that they are eye-catching to passersby.
Window displays are especially important for real estate agents, as they are expected to display images and information about the latest properties on the market in the local area. This means that their displays must be able to be updated easily and have the capacity for multiple different posters. You should have a good selection of your current portfolio available in your window, including high end, low end, rentals, STC and non-residential properties.
Each advertisement should have at least one image of the property along with the price and a small synopsis. Clearly show your opening hours and contact details in the window. A passing pedestrian might walk past at 7pm on a Tuesday and fall in love with their dream house! Once your properties are perfectly displayed, it's time to focus on using any leftover space. For your opening hours, contact details or other notices, window cling poster holders are great. They are simple, easy to update and affordable. If all of your window space is full, you can place these on any glass panels of your front door.
Digital Displays
Digital screens are another ideal addition for estate agency window displays. Use a high-brightness, anti-blackening screen for window display that will be exposed to sunlight. These screens will resist damage from heat and remain highly visible, even in bright sunshine.
Moving away from your window displays, you could use tablet holders to encourage further engagement from clients once they are inside your agency. House hunters are now accustomed to browsing listings online, so providing an area for them to browse through all of your listings and have an agent on hand to answer any questions they have or book a viewing could prove very popular.
Brochure Displays
Leaflet and brochure holders are a great tool for estate agents to attract more clients and sell properties faster. Display professionally designed brochures in your office to provide potential buyers with easy access to information about available listings.
Well-placed brochure stands can enhance your brand presence and credibility, ensuring that your agency remains ahead of the pack in your local area. You can even partner with other businesses to cross-promote products and services for new homeowners, including mortgage advice, home insurance, and furniture stores.
Poster Hangers
The housing market is moving quicker than ever, so maintaining your window adverts may be something you have to do multiple times a day, but it will be worth it. There is nothing more disappointing than seeing a house advertised to later found out it's already taken.
Perhaps you have an offer on for low fees or a first time buyers advice clinic. For events like this, we recommend using suspended poster hangers. This allows you to suspend large scale posters from your ceiling directly into your window. This is a great alternative to property displays to help make you stand out from the competition.
Pavement Signs
Position pavement signs strategically outside your office or near listed properties, to serve as eye-catching advertisements that showcase key details, such as featured listings, open house events, or special offers. Generate walk-in inquiries from passersby who might not have otherwise considered your agency. Additionally, well-designed pavement signs create a professional and approachable image for your brand, reinforcing the your presence within the local community and making your services seemingly more accessible to potential buyers or sellers.

Cable and Rod Display FAQs
What is the difference between rod and cable displays?
Cable display systems are popular as, depending on how tightly you install them, the suspended cables allow for a little movement, such as blowing slightly in a breeze. Rod display fixings, on the other hand, hold your posters and leaflets in a rigid and fixed position.
How do I attach cables and rods to my poster panels?
We supply a large range of cable and rod display grips to suit your estate agent window display fixings. These components grip onto your cable or rods, while simultaneously gripping the edge of your acrylic poster holder.
These are available in fixed or multi-angle versions, check out our range of cable and rod display components to see all the available styles.
How do I add my posters to the poster pockets?
Our poster pockets are designed to be easy-access, making updating your graphics faster than ever. The cable and rod display pockets are open on 3 sides so your posters can be slotted in whenever required.
How do the multiple poster holders fix to walls, floors and ceilings?
The fixing style depends on the kit or fixings that you purchase. Ceiling, floor and wall fixings can be screwed directly into your walls, floors and ceilings, using fixing plates and rawl plugs where required. They can also be fitted into a fixing channel, which allows your cables or rods to be moved along it. This means you can change your display to present graphics of different sizes or orientations without having to unscrew the cables and rods or drill new holes. No matter how you choose to secure your ceiling or wall fixings, after these are installed the process is simple.
Your cables or rods can both attach to the ceiling, wall or floor fixings. If they are too long, rods and cables can be cut down to size.
When fitting a cable display, you can pull the cable tense and tighten the fitting so that everything sits flush and secure. You should feel mild resistance just before the outer body is fully screwed down.
Do remember, however, that the cable and rod display systems are only as strong as the surface they are fixed to, so always ensure that the cable display system is being installed in a sturdy and secure area.
