What is the Branding And Print Design Service?

If you're buying one of our printed or branded products, but don't have a professional designer available to create the required artwork templates, consider adding our branding and print design service to your order. Our in-house team can use any logos, images and text you send to create an effective and print-ready piece of artwork.

The price above is for the design of one product artwork template. If you are ordering multiple different branded products that you need help with, you will need to add the same number of design services to your basket. Please be aware that this service will add at least an additional 1-2 days onto your chosen product's delivery time.

What is included in your artwork design services?

The service includes resizing, positioning, adding backgrounds and text to fit the template for your selected product. We can redraw existing logos at a further cost, however we cannot recreate images or new logos. Once we have created a professional print design using your images, logos and text within your specified parameters, you will be able to request up to three changes before approving the final proof for printing.

Up to two additional changes to the artwork or any extra design work above the standard fee will be charged at an additional £20+VAT. It is important you check your final proof thoroughly before we progress to printing.

How do I send you my files and design brief?

Add this service to your basket alongside the printed or branded product you require assistance with. You will receive two emails within an hour of placing your order: one containing a link to your chosen product's template, and one containing instructions on how to upload your design brief and supporting files. The template is a guide to show you where your artwork will be placed on your product, but you do not need to upload artwork to this template if you have chosen the design service. Please send us your files and design brief following the instructions given.

Once we receive your files and design instructions, we’ll send the first proof back to you via email within 1-2 working days. We may contact you for further clarification or to discuss possible design ideas before getting to work.

Conditions of service:

• All design work is priced upon completion and submission of the instruction form. The price may change if the work required falls outside of our service, outlined above, or there are further changes after the form is submitted.
• Redrawing work is outside of the design service we offer, and it may not be possible to do.
• Any images or logos supplied by the user must be his/her user content to print and must not infringe on anyone’s copyright. In particular, you must ensure that you either own the copyright in an image that you upload to us, or that you are fully licensed by the copyright owner to upload the image and to make any subsequent use of it, such as by including the image in a product.
